If my husband and I decide to sell our home, we are undecided whether we will list our home with an agent and thus avail ourselves of the advantages of being included in the online MLS listings, or if we might decide to sell privately or through the services offered by an alternative such as Comfree. The advantage that these listings have over the regular online MLS listings is that much more property information is included along with the actual address.
